Data Retention Period

We retain your account data, transaction history and communications for as long as your account remains active and for a minimum of five years after closure, in line with financial record-keeping obligations under applicable Indian law.

Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. These terms require that you notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your consent — we can freeze account activity within minutes of receiving your request.

Yes. All deposit and withdrawal transactions processed through UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay are governed by these terms. Each transaction must comply with the amounts and frequency limits described in the payments clause of this agreement.

We may update these terms and will notify you via your registered contact details at least seven days before changes take effect. If you continue using your account after the notice period, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

A breach may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, depending on the nature of the violation. We will notify you in writing before taking action except where immediate suspension is required to prevent further harm.

Submit a closure request via email from your registered address or through live chat. We will process the request within two business days. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified UPI or Paytm account after identity confirmation.
